Our Support – A unique concept

As a medium-sized and owner-managed company, we have a close relationship with our customers as well as an honest and sincere cooperation with customers and business partners.

Our support concept is unique – your request will be handled competently in the shortest possible time! We do not work with call center agents. Rather, you are supported by a team of experienced support staff, product management and development staff, and will deal with your requirements directly with the best competence and quality.

In the annual Power User Days, you also have the opportunity to learn about innovations and actively shape the strategic orientation of product development for the coming years.
